CNC Plate Rolling
Our workshop features a 1/2″ x 10′ 4-roll CNC plate roll, enabling us to efficiently craft various shapes such as cylinders, boxes, and triangles with minimal flat spots. This advanced plate roller not only facilitates the production of custom dozer blades, box blades, snow plows, and repair parts at a lower cost than factory-made products but also serves as a cornerstone in creating our signature rolled steel feed bunks, and Metal Worx custom items like fire pits, smokers, and more.

At LAG Industries we go the extra mile to ensure you receive the highest quality product! Hot dip galvanizing is known as “The Cadillac System of Manufacturing” because this is a superior process renowned for its maintenance-free longevity.
How It Works
This method involves a total immersion process, wherein steel is fully submerged in cleaning solutions and coated with molten zinc on all interior and exterior surfaces. The resulting coating is naturally as thick on corners and edges as on flat surfaces, ensuring uniform protection. As a result, hot-dip galvanizing provides unparalleled corrosion resistance, with the coating becoming an integral part of the steel, enhancing longevity and durability.
